Time Flies Too

In 3 months it will 2 years since my last post. Wow.

Unfortunately that was also the last time that I flew left seat in any plane. Other then seat A in row 5 on WestJet.

I have not been idle with that time. While I probably should have been scrapping every penny I could to throw in the flying fund, I never lost sight of my goal. Very soon I will be flying again and I hope that I will be able to detail every flight with pictures and stories of my adventures as I continue my pilot training.

Of course whenever you get close to completing one goal you should always set up another one so you don't get complacent. Here it is for the world to see, if they bother to read it. By this time next year I want to be loading a plane with friends and their snowboarding gear, finding a remote ski hill north or south, flying to it, then shredding up its fresh powder all week long. Thats pretty motivating.

So until then. Soft landings.

(Of course I shouldn't be spending all my money on snowboarding, but we all have our vices.)
